Stewart Ludtke - Founding Partner, Manufacturing & Construction Manager
Stew has had many years experience on construction projects, from log home designs, post and beam structures, to full wood frame construction. He is also a certified drilling and blasting expert, for those of you that require some rock to be moved.
Stew assisted with the solar steam project in the early seventies that prompted our interest in solar technology and alternate energy, as discussed in our mission statement.
He also has an extensive background in database and project management software, having designed some of his own systems. He is also very experienced with 3D CAD design and drafting.
Never afraid to roll up his sleeves, Stew always amazes us with his speed and precision as a master carpenter.
He has a deep knowledge of general construction theory and best practices, and it is this knowledge that helps us to produce sturdy, well crafted buildings that will last for generations to come.
Stew and his wife Shea reside in Courtenay BC (Vancouver Island) where our primary manufacturing facility is located.
Connie Cromien McAdam - Sales & Marketing
Connie has many years of experience in the customer relations field as a sales and marketing specialist.
She has a keen eye for design, and as our webmaster, we think she has produced some very appealing pages for our website (still under development).
An avid gardener, Connie is very active in the food industry, originally trained as a sous chef. She works tirelessly as a promoter of healthy food regimens, and she is a big proponent of proper food labeling by manufacturers, particularly in the area of potentially harmful GMO products (Genetically Modified Organisms).
Connie resides with her two children in Regina, the heartland of Canada's growing industry. Our greenhouse systems have been designed to withstand the colder climate and to take advantage of the abundant winter sunshine in Saskatchewan. She will be monitoring the performance of our pilot project installation at home on her property.
She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Saskatchewan Eco Network, an umbrella organization for environmental NGO groups in the province. Connie is also pursuing her degree in Environmental Studies at the University of Regina.
Andy Mityok - Inventory Control & Logistics
With a background in construction, Andy makes sure we have all the required materials on hand for projects in progress, a very critical function that helps to maintain our delivery schedules.
He is also trained as a wiring specialist for our sensor control systems, and he doubles as a construction assistant when required, having a full knowledge of our modular building approach.
Andy resides in the countryside of Errington, not far from our manufacturing facility in Courtenay. If he's not at work, he can often be found down at the bend in the Englishman River, with his flycasting rod.

"Belle" Lochanora Glenkinchie - Security Specialist & Property Patrol
Our mascot Belle takes care of our security concerns, always alert to property incursions. You'd never know she was trained as a hospital cheerer upper.
We think this is a real bargain as all she asks is for a bit of food, some after dinner couch time, and a nice walk every day!
